Refund policy
1. Return
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, free from scratches, and in its original Akshaa packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings. Custom products or personalized items are also non-returnable.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items (Unboxing Video Required)
A continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly required to process any claims for missing, wrong, or damaged products.
The recording must start by clearly showing the original, sealed Akshaa packaging from all sides before the package is opened.
You must share the unboxing video with our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at akshaa1227@gmail.com your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
