Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
• Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days. (Free standard shipping is applicable on all orders).

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping only within India.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Damages and Issues During Transit

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. A continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed Akshaa package is strictly required within 48 hours of delivery to process any claims for transit damage or missing items.
